Radiator.

Radiator is specifying a common word for a compact heat transfer unit, and which is applicable in many fields like industry, automobiles as well as refrigeration. Ultra Febtech Pvt Ltd. is a manufacturing Radiator according to the customers’ requirements where the hot air is to be generated for drying purpose.

In Radiator, there the numbers. of fins are fitted in a closed chamber of MS material, just in vertical position with a common header connecting on both the ends of fins, and an inlet and outlet line are provided with the header. The steam or thermic oil is circulating inside the fins and so fins get heated. The air is blown through the space between the fins by a blower; and so the air becomes hot due to close contact with the series of fins.

The thermo state type arrangement can be given, to control the temperature of hot air coming out of the Radiator. The inlet and outlet pipes can be made of different diameters with flanged ends to match the line of supply of steam or thermic oil.
