If you do reduce the size of the radiator, then try and increase the size of your oil cooler. The oil is in contact with every part of the engine, and even reducing the oil temps by a few degrees will have a beneficial efect on overall engine temps. I increased the cylinder capacity by 60% on my green bike, but kept the same size radiator, I did however fit an oilcooler where there was not one previously, and the oilcooler has made a big difference to the overall running temps of the motor. Don't forget the radiator only really cools the water jacket and cylinderhead, the oil will help to cool everything.
