| 02-23-12 05:08 AM - Post#2194148 I have a 64 Chevy Impala SS and it has a radiator leak. I was thinking about replacing it with an aluminum radiator and noticed if was not to expensive to put a set of fans with it. Is there an advantage of putting an aluminum radiator and fans?(It would eliminate the fan old Blade) Thanks for any input Jerry |

It gets down to personal preferences if you can afford it I'd go for it...Dennis |

Check it out. The cheap Chinese aluminum radiator have tubes secured with epoxy rather then welds. If it leaks they are throw away's. If weight is an issue go aluminum. |
